Training to next event week -9: A week that feeling constant tiredness

Is it mental or physical?
The whole week was feeling body was tired, down, mind occupied, mentally feeling lacking in everything, unable to cope.
In work, the week with things to handle piling up, tired mind, unable to adjust.
In training, everyday I thought it will be better, but the body seemed not recover from previous training.

On Tues, with Wed given an unplanned night shift, thought of bring 21 km to Tues, since Wed will not be running after all, but was able to complete only at 17km.

The same "I thought it'll be better but because it didn't, it turn worse" followed the week.

Why the legs wasn't recover? Is there anything I did it over? Or did I not rest enough?

Why I had the feeling of tiredness after work, arriving the place I stay?
Why when I thought of the distance to cover for the session and I was uneasy?
Is this mental, or physical?
Where is the excitement of running that used to have?

The weather was depressing sometimes throughout the week.
The sky would be suddenly dark at around 5-7pm and dark clouds will be seen arriving from afar. I came it rain it went away. It can happen within 15-20min. Sometimes the rain wasn't enough to wet the floor, beside making the air humid, it brought up the head from the road. It was a difficult weather, when it added with drizzling that hit on your head but not enough to cold your body.

Sometimes there's no wind at all in the night.

Sometimes, it rained all night long.

PBIM successfully completed today. Beside reading some traffic jammed to the venue, so far did not read any other complaint like previous years. It's nice to see lots of people posted up running an event.

The 12 weeks programmed is quite demanding in a way.
I expect coming weeks won't be easy.
I hope I will be able to cope with it.

General aerobic, Notes: Kristal-Botanical garden small loop x 13-Kristal Feeling tired from work. First thought of cancel the run. Run with no intention to push and just stay on the minimum effort. Few stops for the traffic.

Medium-long run, Notes: First 1.5 km not logged due to App not started. Leg was tired towards the end of the run. Was like struggling to finish the run.

Recovery, Notes: Woke up 3:45a.m. with only 5.5 hrs sleep to start the run early for work later in the morning. Totally disaster. The leg was feeling so tired and lifeless. It was painful and I thought of stopping and turning back with each step. I ended the run early at 8.5 km instead of 11 km.

Long run, Notes: Kristal-1 loop to Esplanade-Kristal-Padang Polox13-Kristal Fail attempt of marathon race pace run. A slow and tired start thought it would be smooth after go in to distance. But it didnt. The legs continue to be tired. The m-pace attempt started with no confident to finish. Push, drag, feeling myself like running in ugly posture with pace not even match the effort. It was not better than a long run under good condition. Struggle to finish.
