Training to next event week -13

Tiredness and twitching on left foot set in, contribute to a lower mileage week by omitting one medium long run and one long run.
The bad feeling comes back.
Felt "something" on left foot on Tuesday, but still able to complete the lactate threshold run.
Wed decided to rest due to the tiredness.
Friday met with old friends at workplace and decided to run together in the evening.
The twitching become obvious after that - including kicking on an uneven object along the pavement.
Saturday - after the recovery run decided to rest for 3 days.
Mileage was not high as previous cycle and with rest in between.
Could be due to running more on hard surface for the last few weeks.
Better don't play with fire again.
