The first long run in 5 months

This week completed the first long run in 5 months. The last one was on 29 July and it caused the injury.
A week feel complete with a long run on Sunday.
I wouldn't say everything has resumed to pre-injury, there are still feeling of unnatural while running. Every run is with cautious and doubt.
But this is a good start. Hopefully the good things start from here onward.
The last week of 2013, a good way to end the year.

Yesterday was Newton Challenge at KL, a race that I've participated for 2 consecutive years and still missing it.
To me it's very nice to run close to new year (or at new year),  it's "fun".

2013 is not a fruitful year for me in running. The second half of the year was spending time recover from injury. While I'm glad the first half of the year I was able to complete the training of a higher mileage than I had before. Wishing a good year ahead.

Long run, Notes: Weather was cloudy since the start and rain drizzled at the half of the run. Weather was nice for a run and windy. Started easy and went steady with effort. Slightly uncomfortable at the left feet but it went away at the last quarter of the run. Its been a while for a long run like today.
