Review @ week -13 to SCSM

Completed 5th week of the training schedule.
Next week would be the Recovery week for Mesocycle 1 (Endurance).
Mesocycle 1 focus on distance to build endurance.
Hard training like tempo and speed run alternate by one week.

Mesocycle 2 would be Lactate Threshold + Endurance training.
There would be 2 hard train per week (one tempo, one speed).
Examine the speed my leg accomodate, I doubt I will be able to cope with mesocycle 2 training.
The experience took from last training for half marathon.
I picked a aggressive schedule to hit PB. The speed run and tempo and the time to hit make me retire on many Thursday and Friday of the week (due to pain/injury).

It is said that the level of muscle was hurt are as follow:
speed run --> tempo run --> long run

Started last week, the leg was always started with tiredness.
The energy develop as the distance prolong.
There were slight pain on left knee and right ankle since last week.
Left knee might due to the fall on last week, right ankle might be due to running form.
Still considering to change shoe type or not.

Take the example for the 30k today, the first 12k was difficult. May be it's because ran on the sloppy road. The energy develop as the distance go.
At the end of run, the speed limiting factor is tiredness of leg rather than breath.

Perhaps lactate threshold run in the weeks to come will help.
