Should I give it up again? - Not yet recover on week -8 and -7 to SCKLM

It's time to think of this question again.
Should I give up SCKLM this year?

I've given up one race per year for the past 2 years.
After the excitement of 1st marathon on 2011, I injured on the early of 2012 due to the training.
Manged to train back on the second half of 2012 and completed Macau Marathon, then successfully completed another training cycle for SCKLM 2013, which then ended up didn't participate in due to the postponement of the event. Consider this is the longest 1 year training duration I manage to complete.
After that, while preparing for Taipei Marathon, I injured again and give up the race. That makes no race in 2013.
Rested for about half a year and managed to complete the training to Rotorua Marathon on 2014. There's interruption during third part of training for Rotorua Marathon due to injury but luckily able to recover in weeks.

And this time again.
My feeling is that the injury is the incomplete healing from training to Rotorua Marathon. During the build up phase after Rotorua Marathon, the injured site somehow feel weird. When the training started, it got worse when intensity and volume increased. By around week 4 into training, the pain start to interrupt the run. Although I stopped and did the water running in pool, I guess the rest was not enough. When I feel better I went back to run, and it came back. I rest again, longer, and return to road even slower, even in run-walk fashion. When just enough to build back the mileage, it hurt again. The rest become longer each time. However, when the mileage and intensity increased, it came back. I thought I'll be able to come back in a few weeks, but it kept on extending. The rest is longer than the one during preparation to Rotorua.

Although I've been active during these period, my confidence on the road decreases day by day. Without the long run, I don't feel I'll be able to take the distance.
As weeks passing by, it's entering race preparation mesocycle. I've missed lots of tempo and long run. And to go back to full training does not seems to be in near weeks.

I've registered myself for two tune-up races, which is Delta Eco Night Run and SP Half Marathon. I was so anticipated for it when I registered as finally I had a few tune up races to run before the main race. However, I won't able to make it, I guess.

The talking to myself occur again. Step back and look at the big picture.
Ya I guess there's no more reasons for me to push for it.

There's many races go around recently around the country.
All type of updates on the Facebook.
Driving at the crack of dawn on Sunday and saw people running in packs, I slowed down just to share the running atmosphere. It must be so much of fun to be able to run.
