Really take it slow.
Swam and water run on Tues. It's good to get the body move.
The pain was not there but as usual the posture will automatically use the left leg different way.
Dare not "push" the stride, instead just "sliding" it over.
Would this cause other problem due to change of posture.
It started to have more rain than last week. However when there's no rain the weather was still hot in the afternoon and evening.
Started to have mental block on the coming trip. Too many details and scattered info and to do.
Hope for a better week and smooth recover.

Medium-long run, Notes: 1 hr run, 2 min walk, 1 hr run. No pain at the site but funny feeling like stepping each step very carefully. Run effort was easy and relax. Feeling little bit exhausted toward the last few km probably due to holding the stride and posture, but dare to put pressure on the left leg. Tried to flow through the stride instead of pushing it. Very hot sunlight and very heaty despite last night rain.
