Monday is a planned rest day.

Wednesday medium-long run is postponed to Friday to complete some tasks.

Throughout the week I realize the pain at the upper part of left ankle didn't subside. It happen after the 23 rounds at Padang Polo. Last weekend the pain can be feel when turning right. Right now the pain no more when running a right turn, but it can be feel when I press on the area.

I decided to take off from running for few days starting Sunday.
Hope it can recover.

At the same time I develop black toenail on my right toe. It never happen for past few years. After so many years I thought I'm one of them that free from this problem. And this situation I always heard of finally come to me.

It's time to look for new shoes. Hope this help.
