Due to last week's sudden increase of mileage, this week the leg are generally tired. The tempo, the medium long run. It's always say that mileage is not the only thing, but the quality of training that matters. Sufficient stress enable recovery and encourage improvement. Overreaching will lead to a negative feedback cycle. I do wish I have enough wisdom to know which way to go, but sometimes life is a series of try and error. People always says listen to your body. But when listen to heart, it says differently.

Two major marathon is happening this Sunday, Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon and Tokyo Marathon. A few friends are participating. Knowing they are running in an event give a good feeling, excited and happy, even though I am not the one who participated. It's all good.

Next week will start the training schedule for SCKLM. A 7 days schedule. And stress is piling up at work place. It is much a worry for me. Hope everything will run smoothly.
