Easy, Notes: A free run at Botanical Garden slope. The down hill gave lots of impact especially on the tar road. At night feel pain at the side of left foot, could be due to braking use left leg on downhill, of the shoe was not suitable currently on Brooks Launch.

Medium-long Run, Notes: Tried to run in shorter stride. Left side of foot and left palm feeling dull pain at near end of run. Leg was still not strong enough and might need more rest. Every step was done with caution. Need to get the left foot problem settled.

Thursday run was ok except the dull pain under the heel.
Friday did a free run at slop around Botanical Garden. Been avoid hill run since injured last year. Run uphill was fun because it was like something to fight for. However the downhill the killing part. I decided not to fight against it and walked down at some part.
The night after hill run found that pain at the left side of foot, which could be due to the down hill run and tried to stop the force.
So right now I have a pain under the left heel, and also left side of the same foot.
The outer side of left knee not stop complaining.
One follow by another. Should I consider to rest and let this settle.
Injury was like a chain effect, it spreads.
It is what make a person lost the motivation too.
Try barefoot running on track field after u recover, u may find out why ur injury happen.
